The beachfront hotel is located directly on the private sandy beach of the resort town Kusadasi. The nearest point of interest is Ephesus approximately 35 km away, the airport is approx. 90 km and the nearest town Kusadasi approx. 12 km away.

The hotel, consisting of a main and an annex building, has 240 rooms on five floors and two elevators. The interior includes a lobby with a reception, lobby bar, and comfortable seating areas. Wi-Fi (in public areas). Facilities also include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several bars, a conference room, a wellness area, and an indoor pool (15.6.-15.9., for ages 16+), various shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The pool area includes a freshwater swimming pool, an aquapark with 3 water slides, a snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Beach chairs, cushions, and umbrellas are included at the beach with beach bar and at the pool, as well as bath towels.

Accommodation

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, minibar (replenished daily with fresh water), coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Deluxe Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and located in the main building (DD2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DDM).

Double Room with direct pool access

Located in the annex building, these rooms offer direct access to the private pool area with similar amenities to the double rooms. Bookable for ages 16 and over (SWD).

Superior Room

With the same location as the deluxe rooms, these are slightly more spacious, located on the top floor with seating and sea view (DSM).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, these feature a bedroom and a living room with two sofa beds and an connecting door (DF2). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FS2).

Breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Snacks during the day, coffee/tea/ice cream and pastries in the afternoon, midnight snacks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to 11 pm at the bars that are open.
