The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach. The center of Kusadasi with numerous entertainment options is approximately 5 km away. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The hotel consists of several buildings and has 373 rooms. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, lobby bar, TV room, comfortable seating areas, and elevators. Wi-Fi is included in the main areas and rooms. The hotel also offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (alternating opening times from May to October, requiring advance reservation and subject to availability; included once for a seven-day booking), several bars, a disco, and an indoor pool (unheated). For an additional charge, there are conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser. The extensive garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool, a children's aquapark (weather permitting), and a sun terrace with a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels (deposit required) are available free of charge here and at the hotel's private beach section.
Winter:
- The à la carte restaurants are closed.
- No entertainment or children's program will be offered.
- The pool/snackbar and disco will not be available.

Deluxe Room

These rooms feature a bedroom with a double or two single beds and a sofa bed (90x190cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, LCD satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning, a safe for rent, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DD2). Rooms with direct sea view are available at an additional charge (DDM). Single occupancy of a double room is available (DM1).

ADBA39: Family Room

The family rooms are approximately 40 m² in size and similar in amenities, but consist of two rooms connected by a door. One room is equipped with a double bed and the other has two single beds (DF2).

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, with a late riser's breakfast available. From May onwards, a variety of snacks are offered throughout the day, along with coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream at specific times. A midnight soup is also provided. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served 21 hours a day at the designated bars (closed from 7 to 9 AM). The minibar is replenished daily with water.
