Location

The attractive resort hotel is located in a beautiful bay, directly on the steep, coarse sand/gravel beach. A bathing platform makes it easy to enter the sea. The center of Kusadasi, with many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 5 km away. Public minibuses and taxis are available.

The attractive holiday complex was built on a total area of 421,000 m². A total of 655 rooms are spread across a main building with nine floors and several terraced bungalow rows. Amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a sunset bar (Wi-Fi in the lobby included), the main restaurant with a large terrace, à la carte restaurants with various cuisines (fish throughout the season, Italian from May 15th to October 1st, and Chinese from June 1st to October 1st, all with reservation and subject to availability), other bars, a chic shopping arcade, the disco, and conference rooms, as well as the spa area with a modern indoor pool (heated from March 11th to May 31st and October 1st to December 31st). In the well-kept garden complex, in addition to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, you will find a swimming pool landscape on different levels with sun terraces, pool/snackbar, further bars, a main pool, separate children's pools, another pool, and the fun aquapark (May 1st - October 31st) with five cool water slides (hourly). There is also a dedicated kids' area (May 1st – October 31st) with a children's pool, two water slides, and a playground. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included around the pools and at the beach with a beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms, located in the main building, are attractively furnished and offer a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), carpet flooring, and a balcony facing the land side. Sea view can be booked for an extra charge. Double room can also be booked for single occupancy.

Double Room Superior

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these are larger and located in the main building with a sea view.

Club Room

These rooms are located in the bungalow rows in the garden area and are accessible via several steps. With simpler furnishings than the double rooms, they offer a shower/WC and tiled floor, as well as a separate sleeping area divided by a door and a terrace with a garden view.

Club Family Room

Similar amenities and size to the club rooms, but with two bathrooms and a side sea view. (Also bookable under ADBA01 as a family room (DF2).)

Meals

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style. Late riser's breakfast, various snacks at different stations throughout the day, ice cream hour in the afternoon (from May 1st to October 1st), as well as coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight snack. You can also dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants by reservation and subject to availability. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is refilled daily with cola and still water. If there are few guests, meals may be served as a set menu.

Some imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, all drinks in the disco, and all bottled drinks, room service (only in the main building), activities in the game hall, telephone and fax charges, as well as laundry service, babysitting on request.

Sports included

(subject to availability): Tennis during the day on two hard courts, rental of tennis equipment, table tennis, multi-purpose court for basketball and mini-football, fitness room. Aerobics, water aerobics, and at the beach, pedal boats and canoes, as well as windsurfing for experienced individuals with a certificate.

Billiards, floodlights for the tennis courts, and various water sports at the beach operated by third-party providers (seasonal).

Children's program
