Location

The resort is located in Kuyacak Bay, amidst a pine grove, directly on its private sand/pebble beach. The village of Güvercinlik is approx. 4 km away, and the lively center of Bodrum is approx. 23 km away. Good public minibus connections to Bodrum are available.

Facilities

The attractive resort hotel covers a total area of approx. 50,000 m² and offers a total of 291 rooms, spread across the main building and a side building, each with three floors. Amenities include a lobby lounge designed in bright colors with plenty of glass and wood, featuring a reception, seating areas, and Wi-Fi included. There is also a main restaurant with a terrace and various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum of 4 nights, for guests aged seven and above, subject to availability and prior reservation), several bars. For a fee, there are various shops, a conference room, a hairdresser, and a spacious wellness center. In the extensive garden area, you'll find a trendy disco, the pool area with a main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with four water slides (weather permitting/hourly), sun terraces, a pool/snackbar, sunbathing lawns, a chill-out area, and the beach with a great bathing jetty and beach bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels (a deposit is required) are included around the pools and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room Type A

The modernly decorated rooms are located in the main or side building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), LCD satellite TV with music channels, minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks), safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DA). More spacious rooms with partial sea view are available at an extra charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DEA/DES).

Double Room

These rooms are somewhat more spacious than Type A double rooms, with an extra bed for a third person (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly smaller and in a less favorable location (SSZ).

Large Double Room

These rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms, with a bunk bed, and are located in the side building, some with a French balcony (D2X).

Family Room

These rooms are located in the main or side building and feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner, with diet buffet options. Various snacks are available throughout the day, along with coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream scoops, and a midnight snack. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
