The attractive resort hotel is located directly on the pebble/sand beach of Akyarlar in a quiet area. The peaceful village center of Turgutreis is 10 km away, and the lively center of Bodrum is approximately 25 km away. Public minibus connections are available nearby.

This select holiday accommodation offers 384 rooms, harmoniously integrated into the hillside across a main building with ten floors (with elevators). The elegant lobby, featuring ample glass and natural materials, provides a reception, chic seating areas, and panoramic sea views. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and rooms. Further amenities include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view, various specialty restaurants (reservations required for all, once free for stays of 5 days or more, otherwise for a fee), several bars, an open-air disco, and a modern wellness center with an indoor pool. Additionally, there's a great game center with a cinema and internet cafe (some services may incur a fee), several shops, and conference and banquet rooms (available for a fee). The garden area, situated by the sea, houses the main pool with a whirlpool, a separate children's pool, an activity pool, and an aquapark with five water slides (operates during specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. A large pier with its own bar is also available on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included around the pools, on the beach, and on the pier.
The facilities and offerings in the outdoor area of the hotel are open subject to weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotel.

Double Room Sea View

The modernly equipped rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (central and timed), Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (DM). Double room for single use (DEM).

Deluxe Room Sea View

These rooms are more spacious, located on the top floor with otherwise identical amenities, and feature a double bed and an additional extra bed, a larger balcony, and sea view (DDM). Double room for single use (DM1).

Large Double Room Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms have a double bed and an additional sofa bed (MX2).

Large Double Room without Balcony

With similar amenities, these rooms are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, are located on the land side, and do not have a balcony (GDO).

Super Saver Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but face the land side and have no balcony (SOZ).

Family Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites feature an additional bedroom; one room is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a coffee/tea setup, a connecting door, and sea view (2FM). Also bookable under hotel code BJVA13 (DFM).

Family Room Sea View

These consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and sea view (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms additionally feature a seating area and an extra bed (J2M).

Superior Suite

These outstanding suites are located in the annex building and consist of two split-level bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a private shared pool for Superior Suite guests. A turndown service is among the other amenities (SUM).

All Inclusive

Elegant buffet with various dishes in a bright, modern restaurant.

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast (with fresh juices), lunch, and dinner. Snacks, ice cream, coffee/tea, and pastries are available during the day, along with midnight snacks. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and a bottle of beer upon arrival and is replenished daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks, fresh juices. (Drinks at à la carte restaurants are included except for bottled wines and imported drinks).

Sports included

Two hard tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, football, billiards, darts, squash, and a fitness center. On the beach, catamaran, sailing, and windsurfing (for experienced sailors with a license).
