A daily shuttle bus service is available for your travel to and from your preferred hotel to the park and back (pick-up is from 3 different locations - Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas, and Los Cristianos. Last return transfer when the park closes). The shuttle bus runs every half hour from the Fañabé Plaza stop from 10 am to 1 pm or from Ocean Park from 10:05 am to 1:05 pm to the park. The 4-star TIGOTAN Lovers & Friends hotel is located approx. 500 m from the beach of Playa de las Américas. The center with its numerous bars and shops is about 200 m away. There are also many shopping opportunities nearby. Tenerife South Airport is approx. 20 km away.

The modern 4-star Adults-Only hotel features an entrance area, lobby with comfortable seating areas, a reading corner with PCs, books and a game zone with 1 flat-screen TV, game console and board games on the ground floor, an attractive indoor cocktail bar, elevators, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, the "Areca" buffet restaurant, the "Santa Rosa Grill" à la carte restaurant, and a hairdresser. The outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool (heated), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. The "Exclusive Lounge" (accessible for a fee) on the ground floor offers sofas, daily newspapers, branded drinks, snacks, and soft drinks (all for a fee) and includes Wi-Fi.
