The apartments are located in a privileged position, directly on "Las Vistas" beach. Bars and restaurants, as well as the shopping center are in the immediate vicinity. The port of Los Cristianos is about 800 meters away.

Facilities

The "Vistasur" apartment complex features a 24-hour reception, restaurants, a pool (open towards the sea), and a sun terrace with a pool bar.

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The apartments, completely renovated in 2021, are approx. 59 m² and feature a living/dining area, a kitchen with ceramic hobs, kettle, microwave, air conditioning, coffee machine and toaster, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge), free internet access, and a balcony or terrace.
The apartments may be on two levels or a single level (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11) or with two bedrooms and sea view (22M).

Apartment 1 Bedroom Duplex Side Sea View

With the same amenities as the apartments, these rooms are larger, offer an additional side sea view, and have air conditioning (DU2).

Premium Apartment (TFSB63)

These apartments are located on the 1st floor and offer a sleeping area. With otherwise similar amenities to the standard apartments, they are more spacious and spread over 2 levels connected by a staircase (2PA). Optionally, also bookable with two bedrooms (located on the 2nd floor/22P) or three bedrooms and sea view (located on the 1st floor and are approx. 124 m² in size/PN2).

Apartment Sea View (TFSB63)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Apartment 1 Bedroom, these offer a sleeping area connected to the living area by a staircase. These apartments are all located on the 1st floor (APM). Optionally, also bookable with two bedrooms (22M, located on the 2nd floor).

Apartment 3 Bedrooms Sea View (TFSB63)

These apartments are equipped similarly to the duplex apartments, on 2 levels with a balcony on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor (33M).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms (TFSB63)

The apartments without sea view consist of 2 bedrooms with four single beds each, a bathroom, a sofa bed as an extra sleeping option, and a terrace. They also feature internet (free), safe (free), satellite TV, and individually adjustable air conditioning (A2T).
