The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife, just a few meters from the famous volcanic sand beach Playa La Arena, in Puerto Santiago, two kilometers from the famous Los Gigantes cliffs, and 40 kilometers from Tenerife South Airport.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

These rooms (approx. 30 sqm) offer TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge (empty), kettle with tea and coffee setup, Landmar amenities, safe (for a fee), bath and shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with sea view (DDM).
Also bookable for single use (1DM) or as Type I (DMI/EIM) or Type A (DAM/1B) at special rates.

Platinum Deluxe Double Room Sea View

Bookable for ages 16 and above (at least one person must be of legal age).
These rooms are renovated and have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View. Additionally, they feature a terrace with views of La Gomera, a docking station, Wi-Fi included, bathrobes, slippers, premium toiletries, a pillow menu, a mini-fridge (filled with a reusable bottle of water upon arrival), and a Nespresso machine, including a welcome package with coffee and sugar (2CM).
Also bookable for single use (1CM).

Young Traveller Room

Same amenities as the Platinum Deluxe Double Room Sea View (YTR).
Booking note: All travelers in this room category must be between 18 and 35 years old. The discount will be automatically applied in the system after entering the date of birth.

Platinum Suite Sea View

Bookable for ages 16 and above (at least one person must be of legal age).
With the same amenities as the Platinum Deluxe Double Room Sea View, but larger (approx. 55 sqm), with an additional separate bedroom and a coffee machine with capsules. It also includes a bathrobe, slippers, and the mini-fridge is filled with a bottle of water upon arrival (S2M).

Further benefits for Platinum guests:

Private early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability/upon request) in an exclusive area of the lobby.
Access to the Platinum Lounge (opening hours 10 AM - 12 AM) with Nespresso machine, premium drinks (international alcoholic brand drinks included as per Platinum card), and snacks.
Separate seating area in the main restaurant "Lava" during main meal times. Personalized breakfast service with table service and a selection of exclusive products.
3 à la carte dinners at the restaurant "Macaronesia" -> Dinner and at the restaurant "Muelle" -> Lunch (subject to availability/reservation required).
Access to "The View," a chill-out area of approx. 1,450 sqm with sun loungers, Bali beds, a whirlpool, and an infinity pool with a fantastic view of La Gomera.
