The luxury resort is located in the southwest of Tenerife, directly on the Atlantic Ocean with a wonderful view of the island of La Gomera. The small fishing village of Alcala is 200 m away, Los Gigantes approx. 5 km, and Costa Adeje about 20 km away. The hotel has been a Gold Earth Check Hotel since the beginning of 2019.

This imposing hotel resort in the southwest of Tenerife impresses with its magnificent architecture, which harmoniously combines the buildings and the garden.
The 3 sections of the resort have 469 rooms and open towards the sea. The heart of the complex is a 3,000m² square with high-quality chill-out furniture, framed by columns and monumental arches.
In the tropical garden, you'll find the main pool (seawater), designed like a lake.
It features a whirlpool, aquatic loungers, and 2 integrated hydrotherapy facilities. With a surface area of 5,000 m² and a length of 260m, it is the largest seawater pool in Europe. Loungers and pool towels are provided free of charge.
There are 4 additional freshwater pools (including one for adults, a family pool, a children's pool, a baby pool, and a splash pool).
The hotel offers 5 bars, the buffet restaurant "Pangea Food Market" (extensive international buffet and live cooking stations), and 7 à la carte specialty restaurants (seasonal opening).
The à la carte restaurants include "Oasis Pool Grill" (Mediterranean specialties focusing on rice dishes, located directly by Europe's largest pool), "L'Olio" (Italian cuisine with homemade pasta and pizza), "Agave" (Mexican specialties), "Nami" (Asian fusion cuisine with Teppanyaki show cooking), and "Duo Steakhouse" (selected meat specialties complemented by an exquisite wine list).
"Le Bistrot Provençal" (French gourmet cuisine) and "La Terrasse" (Atlantic cuisine) are exclusive to adults with Red Level service.
Internet corner is free of charge. Beach bar is subject to a fee.

Deluxe Double Room

Spacious (approx. 48m²), tastefully and elegantly furnished with mahogany furniture and stone floors.
They feature air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, iPod docking station, minibar (for a fee), safe (free of charge), internet access, bathroom with toiletries, separate shower, and separate toilet. These rooms have a resort view.

Equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, but with a rain shower and an extra bed for the 3rd and 4th person (XR2).

The private villas are 600m² and have a private pool, a garden area with Balinese beds and a pavilion.
They also feature a 120m² loft-style room, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub (VFA).
