The hotel is located in the exclusive Costa Adeje area, only approx. 150 m from the sandy beach Playa Fañabé and approx. 600 m from the Puerto Colón marina. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are in the immediate vicinity, as well as bars and restaurants, and a taxi and bus stop. Tenerife South Reina Sofía Airport is approx. 17 km away.

This small, cozy adults-only complex (16+) with a personal ambiance was built in a classic and colonial style and offers a total of 154 rooms and suites. There is an internet corner (2 PCs, free of charge), as well as a piano bar with live music. A hairdresser is available in the neighboring hotel "Jardines de Nivaria" for a fee. The tropical garden area features 2 seawater pools (heated year-round) and a pool bar and restaurant. There are two sun terraces with loungers, one of which has a deck pool (heated year-round) and a whirlpool with a magnificent sea view and beverage service. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Double Room

Spacious, well-equipped rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), minibar (drinks package for a fee), telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, shower/WC, bathrobe, and hairdryer. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and Wi-Fi included (D).

Double Room Superior

The rooms, approx. 28-32 sqm, have the same amenities as the double rooms and are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom with a shower and partially a separate bathtub or just a large Italian shower and are located on the pool side (DSU/DSI).
Also available for single use in summer (DEU).
Upper floor bookable for an additional charge (2UO).
Connecting rooms available upon request.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, approx. 40-50 sqm, and additionally feature a separate bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower/WC (S2).

Superior Suite (only bookable upon request)

Same amenities as the suites, but more spacious, sunny, and located on the upper floors with exclusive furniture. Coffee machine and tea maker, as well as individual air conditioning. Bathroom with whirlpool and separate bathtub. Balcony with Bali bed, umbrella, and sun loungers, as well as a rain shower.

International buffet with show cooking. For dinner, the main course is served at your table upon request. 3 theme nights per week, one with folklore.
Pool restaurant à la carte for a fee.
