The modern, adults-only hotel, completely renovated in 2018 and part of the popular Iberostar hotel chain, with a completely new concept, is located directly in the heart of Costa Adeje. It is separated from the sea only by the pedestrian promenade and offers a breathtaking, beautiful location.
The approximately 800 m long sandy beach is only about 150 m away, and Puerto Colón marina can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

After a complete renovation, the 5-star Iberostar Selection Sábila hotel, named after one of the world's highest quality aloe vera species, whose shimmering substance and regenerative properties are reflected in the concept throughout the hotel, shines in a new splendor from early 2018.
The newly designed adults-only hotel complex (bookable from 16 years old) with a total of 472 freshly renovated rooms across 6 floors offers the best conditions for a vacation as a couple, single, or with friends.

All rooms were completely renovated in 2017/2018 and are modernly furnished, approximately 25m² in size.
They feature satellite TV (49"), minibar (for a fee), safe, hairdryer (1800 W), air conditioning, telephone, bathroom with shower and toilet with magnifying mirror, bathrobe and slippers, coffee making facilities (capsules for a fee), kettle, and a furnished balcony facing the land (DL/DLA).
