Centrally located and only 200 m from the gently sloping main beach "Playa Grande".
The center of Puerto del Carmen with shops, entertainment, restaurants, and bars is in the immediate vicinity on the beach promenade.

Facilities

Well-maintained apartment complex with 138 apartments, grouped around the large outdoor pool in various three-story buildings (3 elevators available).
The central building houses the reception, designed in the Canarian style, and the breakfast restaurant.
In the garden area with a freshwater pool and a separate children's pool (both heated in winter) and sun terrace, there is also a cafeteria/snackbar.
Enjoy wonderful tranquility on the panoramic sun terrace with a magnificent sea view and a relaxing whirlpool, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas.
