The center with many shopping opportunities is about 800 m away.
The approximately 6 km long sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are easily accessible along the beautiful beach promenade.
The nearest fine sandy beach, Playa Grande, is about 2 km away.

The luxurious holiday complex consists of 42 villas with various types of accommodation (Villa Classic, Villa Deluxe, and Villa Grand Deluxe). Reception (Opening hours: Monday-Sunday 9 am-9 pm) and a communal saltwater pool.

3 Bedroom Villa

The modern and stylishly furnished villas (125m²) have 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub/whirlpool), 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), a fully equipped kitchenette, a combined living and dining room, and a private pool (approx. 4m x 7m), satellite TV, air conditioning (in all bedrooms and the living room), and a washing machine and dryer. (V32)
Also available for single occupancy (V31).
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no lifeguard on duty. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.

Deluxe Villa

Same amenities as the villas, slightly more spacious (approx. 130m²), but with 2 bedrooms and a wooden floor terrace.
Not all villas have an oven (V2D).
Also available for single occupancy (1VD).
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no lifeguard on duty. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.

Grand Deluxe Villa

Same amenities as the villas, but more spacious (200m²) and with an additional marble terrace and 3 bathrooms. (GX2)
Also available for single occupancy (GX1).

Villa Elements

Bookable in summer only:
With the same amenities as the villas, the Villa Elements feature modern furnishings with natural materials, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and separate WC. These villas are located slightly above the actual complex. (32B)
