Location

The family-friendly hotel complex is located in Puerto del Carmen. The airport can be reached after approx. 8 km. The nearest beaches are approx. 1 km away (Playa Blanca/Playa Grande/Playa Chica).

Facilities

The hotel complex, completely renovated in 2023, consists of 148 rooms spread across several buildings.
In the spacious garden area is the highlight of the hotel: the newly designed water park, consisting of two outdoor pools (saltwater) with a total of 6 water slides, a children's pool area with an aqua playground and pirate ship. The additional main pool also offers a large sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas and invites you to relax (pool towels included).
Furthermore, the complex offers a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a buffet restaurant, a pool bar, and entertainment for all ages.

The cozy, fully renovated rooms (approx. 33m²) offer a separate bedroom with a double or twin bed and a living room with a sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person. TV, Wi-Fi (included) and a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, kettle) as well as air conditioning with heating function, bathroom with toilet/shower, safe (for a fee) and furnished terrace/balcony. Apartment Comfort 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Comfort rooms, these offer two separate bedrooms and are larger (42m²). For the 4th or 5th person in the room, the sofa bed is available. (KAT).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the main restaurant as a buffet, with selected drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, and wine/self-service) and show cooking. Sandwiches are also offered at lunchtime. Unlimited selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks (e.g. burgers, sandwiches, chips, ice cream, or similar) during bar opening hours.
Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.
