This luxurious hotel complex (385 rooms and suites), built in a spacious Canarian style, leaves nothing to be desired for guests with discerning tastes.
Consisting of a main building and a family building, this noble establishment offers stylishly appointed facilities such as the lobby with reception, bar lounge, piano bar, hairdresser, and boutiques.
There are a total of 8 restaurants, which are open depending on occupancy: international, Italian, and grill specialties served buffet-style with show cooking, plus 5 à la carte specialty restaurants: Japanese, Italian, tapas restaurant, Canarian gourmet cuisine with authentic flavors from local, sustainable ingredients, and a poolside lunch restaurant. The Canarian gourmet restaurant “Isla de Lobos” serves produce from the hotel’s own farm “Finca de Uga”.
The furnishings are made of teak wood, and the ceilings and curtains are made of selected fabrics with motifs from Canarian textile culture.
The well-maintained gardens feature 1 freshwater and 1 saltwater pool (freshwater pool heated), a separate children's pool (heated), 2 whirlpools (one for adults, one for children), as well as sun terraces with loungers, umbrellas, and a juice bar.
The separate family building (which houses a freshwater pool for adults and one for children, both heated), connected to the main building via an attractively designed underpass, contains the gym, which is free for guests.

Superior Double Room

Approx. 43 sq m, elegantly designed with teak furniture, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe and towels, and Rituals brand toiletries.
All double rooms have a large terrace, sun loungers, and garden or pool view (DSU).
Also available as a single room (DEU) or with sea view (DMU).

Relax Double Room

Same amenities as the Superior Double Room.
Exclusively for adults aged 16 and over, with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants and an aromatherapy welcome package. Daily access (once per day/from age 16) to the Thalasso center with the Biomarine Circuit (33°C seawater circuit, sauna, and steam bath). (R2Z)
Also available with sea view (RM2).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same amenities as the Superior Double Room, but larger (approx. 45 sq m) and with a visually separated living area with seating/sofa bed, two TVs, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, additional capsules for a fee), and sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite

Same amenities as the Superior Double Room.
The suites are larger (approx. 65 sq m) and feature a separate bedroom, a living room with seating/sofa bed, two TVs, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, accessible via a small step.
All suites have a large terrace and sun loungers (S2/SI).
Also available with sea view (S2M), as Single + Child (1SK), or as an Interconnecting Suite (ICS).

Economy Suite

Same amenities as the Suites, but a limited quota and with garden view located on the lower floors. Additionally, the bathroom only has a bathtub. (S2Z)

Suite Relax (no sea view)

Bookable for ages 16 and over:
As the Suites, but with a bathtub in the bathroom and also à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants, plus an aromatherapy welcome package.
Daily access (once per day) to the Thalasso center with the Biomarine Circuit (33°C seawater circuit, sauna, and steam bath). The Suite Relax cannot be booked with a sea view (2RS).

Duplex Suite

The 63 sq m duplex suites have two separate sleeping areas (king-size bed on the lower level and 2 single beds on the upper level), an integrated living area, separate bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, internet access, and an espresso capsule machine (three capsules per day included).
Large terrace with garden, pool, or partial sea view (S2X).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms

Located in the annex building (approx. 88 sq m) and featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a living room with a sofa bed for the 3rd child, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, tea and coffee making facilities, 3 TVs, and a furnished balcony with garden or pool view (SF2).
With the same amenities, also available as Family Suite Type A 2 Bedrooms (ASF) with a maximum occupancy of 3+0/2+1 (on certain dates).

Royal Kids Suite

Located on the 3rd floor of the family area. They have a living area of 88 sq m and a furnished terrace with views of the gardens and the pool landscape.
Furnished in Canarian colonial style, they feature 2 separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one decorated for children with 3 single beds), 2 separate bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), separate living area, 3 TVs, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle for tea/coffee.
Extensive service packages depending on the age of the children are included, e.g.: surprise gift for children, children's minibar, baby monitor, children's cosmetics. (2SB)
Baby equipment: baby bathtub with child seat and changing table.
Baby monitor, baby bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, baby food cooker, stroller/buggy, high chair.
Children's equipment (3-12 years): children's bath seat, toilet seat, children's shampoo, shower gel, and cream, night lights, as well as a welcome gift.

Presidential Suite

The comfortably furnished Presidential Suite (approx. 99 sq m) offers garden or swimming pool views with the same amenities as the Suites, and consists of two bedrooms, a separate anteroom, living room, and two bathrooms (one with shower only and one with bathtub and shower) with toiletries and a large furnished terrace (approx. 38 sq m) overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Additional free slippers and bathrobes (adults and children), microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, pillow and duvet selection, minibar (1st filling included), safe (included), DVD/DIVX player, sound system with USB connection.
Daily newspaper and house amenities (e.g., fruit platter, various cheeses, a bottle of wine, etc.), personal concierge, free late check-out (on request locally/no advance reservation possible), and 1 Biomarine circuit (per adult) at the Thalasso Spa Center and 10% discount on massages (excluding offers) at the Thalasso Center (reservation required).
Upon arrival, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket will be waiting in the room (PS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet in the "Yaiza" buffet restaurant (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) or in the "Hacienda" buffet restaurant (8:30 AM - 10:30 AM).
Dinner can be enjoyed in one of the 3 buffet restaurants with show cooking (Italian, International, Grill specialties), which are open alternately.
For dinner in the à la carte restaurants "Isla de Lobos" and "Kampai", guests with half board receive a voucher of €25 per adult / €12.50 per child (3-12 years). This can only be applied to dishes costing €25 or more (or €12.50 for children). It cannot be applied to drinks or redeemed if not used.
The voucher is not valid for "Don Giovanni", "Tunera Pool Bar", and "Más Tapas". These can be visited for an additional charge and with prior reservation.
