Location

The hotel offers beautiful, direct views of the neighboring island of Fuerteventura, situated in a quiet location in the southwest of Lanzarote on a rocky coast with a small natural beach (bathing shoes recommended).
The nearest sandy beach cove is approximately 1.5 km away.
The old town of Playa Blanca is about 4 km away, and the airport is about 35 km away.
At the other end of Playa Blanca, you will also find the popular Papagayo beaches (approx. 10 km).
Playa Blanca has a beautifully designed promenade with restaurants, bars, and shops (approx. 3 km away), as well as the "Marina Rubicon" marina, which opened in May 2004, with more restaurants, bars, and shops (approx. 5 km away).

Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The double rooms (approx. 25m²) are spacious and modern, featuring satellite TV (free, remote control for a deposit), telephone, air conditioning and ceiling fan, a safe for rent, bathroom/WC, and hairdryer.
The double rooms are on the ground floor and have a terrace (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE) or as single with child (D1K).

These rooms have a separate bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed.
Further amenities include air conditioning in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room, telephone, satellite TV with plasma screen, safe (for a fee), Wi-Fi, bathroom/WC with hairdryer and toiletries. They also have a furnished balcony. (S2)
