Location

The hotel complex, newly built in 2023, is located in the south of the island on an arm of the sea separating Lanzarote from Fuerteventura, offering views of the neighboring island on clear days.
Close to the Marina Rubicón promenade with its sports harbor and only 100m from the beach, the hotel boasts an ideal location.
The promenade offers restaurants, bars, shops, and leisure facilities.
The airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

The complex, built with Canarian elements, features 588 rooms and an additional 132 rooms in the exclusive Royal Level Adults only area.
The 180m long, air-conditioned infinity pool is one of the highlights.
Furthermore, the complex offers two à la carte theme restaurants (Asian and Mexican), several bars, and two buffet restaurants (one exclusively for Royal Level guests), as well as a theater, event center, several meeting rooms, a wellness center with spa and gym.
The outdoor area includes two multi-purpose courts, one for soccer and basketball (free of charge) and one for volleyball and pickleball (for a fee), as well as two paddle tennis courts (for a fee).

Double Room Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms offer direct pool access. The swim-up pools are heated. (DWP)

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 37m²) and feature a separate seating area, tea/coffee making facilities, and bathrobes and slippers. (JS2)
