Location

The upscale complex is located in a quiet area of the Costa Teguise holiday resort, at the entrance to the town. The hotel's location allows direct access to the "El Ancla" natural bathing cove and offers a wonderful view of the sea.

The exclusive "Royal Level" area is situated separately within the Barceloó Lanzarote Active Resort complex.
It features 155 completely renovated (depending on room type in the main or an annex building), bright and modernly furnished Deluxe rooms, set amidst beautiful gardens with many palm trees.
The Royal Level area offers its guests a separate check-in/check-out, a buffet restaurant (exclusively for Royal Level guests).
In the outdoor area, with direct sea views, guests have access to an exclusive pool area and a furnished sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, pool towels (included), as well as a comfortable chillout lounge with a pool bar.
Guests of the Royal Level area can also use the facilities of the Barceló Active Resort hotel free of charge, including 2 additional outdoor pools, a sports area, and further bars and restaurants.

The rooms are approx. 44 sqm and feature a balcony or terrace.
Amenities include air conditioning, a 49" TV, a bathroom with two rain showers and two sinks, a magnifying mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe & slippers.
The rooms also have a safe, refrigerator, and a Lavazza espresso coffee machine.

The double rooms are approx. 36 sqm, located in the main building (Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort) and feature a furnished balcony or terrace.
Amenities include air conditioning, a 49-inch TV, a bathroom with a rain shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe & slippers.
The rooms also have a safe, refrigerator, and a Lavazza espresso coffee machine. (DM2)
Also available for single use (DM1) or single with child (DMK) upon request.
