Casitas Las Viñas is located in Fuencaliente de la Palma and offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.

Facilities

The complex consists of two casitas, both located on the first floor.
Access is only via stairs, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.
The casitas are built in the typical Canarian style with unobstructed sea views and are lovingly managed by the owners.
The two apartments are built together, with Apartment Type A being slightly set back behind Apartment Type B.
Each casita offers a lot of privacy.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine located below.

Apartment Type A

The entrance to this casita is around the corner from Casita A.
A staircase leads to a large terrace with a pergola, a table, 3 chairs, and 2 loungers.
A sliding door leads into the living room next to the kitchen.
The living/dining area is equipped with a sofa bed (for the 3rd person), coffee table, 2 chairs, a small TV stand with a TV (satellite system with German channels), a wardrobe, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
The Canarian-style kitchen has 2 electric hotplates, kitchen cabinets, a coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, and a microwave. Dishes, cutlery, pots, and a pan are provided.
The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is also a sliding door to the terrace.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. (AA2)

Apartment Type B

Located just above the garage, via a stone staircase to the terrace with a pergola, is Casita B.
The terrace has a table and 3 chairs, as well as 2 loungers.
The entrance door leads into the living room next to the kitchen.
The living/dining area is equipped with a sofa bed (for the third guest), a coffee table, a small TV stand with a TV (satellite system with German channels), and a dining table with 3 chairs.
The Canarian-style kitchen has 2 electric hotplates and kitchen cabinets above and below the sink.
A coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, and microwave are also available. Dishes, cutlery, pots, and a pan are provided.
The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. (AB2)
