Location

Only the magnificent garden with palm trees separates the hotel from the beach.
Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés is about 5 km away (public bus connection available). The main road of San Agustin runs behind the hotel.
Some entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is 26 km away, and the island capital Las Palmas is 50 km away.

Facilities

The modern hotel, completely renovated in 2023, features 299 rooms, a lobby with seating areas and reception, elevators, a conference room (for a fee/upon request), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free of charge), and a main restaurant, as well as several restaurants and bars distributed throughout the hotel with different concepts (included/open at different times depending on occupancy).
The large garden/outdoor area includes 3 swimming pools, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, a children's pool with a splash park, and a pool/snack bar.
Additionally, the hotel offers an exclusive area (for ages 16 and above) for THE RESERVE guests with a pool, sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas, as well as a lounge and bar (open during the day) serving snacks and drinks.

The rooms (approx. 26 sqm) are comfortably furnished and feature air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Chromecast, safe (included), minibar (replenished once daily), high-speed Wi-Fi, an open-plan bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, coffee machine with capsules (replenished once daily), 2 USB ports, and a furnished balcony.
The rooms face the street (DXP).
Also available for single occupancy (PRW).

Premium Double Room Mountain View

Equipped the same as the Premium Double Rooms, but with a view of the mountains, street, or surroundings (PDZ).

Equipped the same as the Premium Double Rooms, but in a preferred location and with a sea view (P2M).

Junior Suite

Spacious (approx. 52 sqm) and comfortably furnished with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Chromecast, safe (included), minibar (replenished once daily), high-speed Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, coffee machine with capsules (replenished once daily), and 2 USB ports. It is one combined living/sleeping area, with no visual separation of the sleeping area. The room does not have a balcony (JS2).

Promo Premium Double Room

Equipped the same as the Premium Double Room, but with limited availability and in a less preferred location (1st floor facing the street) (PRZ).

THE RESERVE (bookable for 16 years and above)

When booking THE RESERVE rooms:
Personal concierge service, exclusive VIP check-in/check-out, assistance with priority reservations for activities and restaurants, exclusive pool, exclusive area for breakfast (à la carte), access to the water circuit in the wellness center (ages 16+), and the THE RESERVE lounge with drinks and snacks available during the day, as well as pool service.

Premium Double Room Sea View THE RESERVE

Equipped the same as the Premium Double Rooms and featuring a bathroom with shower/toilet (partially with glass front to the sleeping area or open-plan bathroom) as well as a seating area, sea view, and THE RESERVE amenities. Bookable for ages 16 and above.
These rooms are located on the 1st floor and have a terrace (2PM).

Supreme Double Room Sea View THE RESERVE (from 1.11.25)

Equipped like the Premium Double Rooms Sea View THE RESERVE, but more spacious (approx. 30 sqm) and additionally with a bathtub (DSZ).
