Location

Unique beachfront location in Playa del Inglés, just a few steps from the hotel, the beach promenade begins with numerous bars (some with live music), restaurants, cafes and shops. Shopping centers can be reached in about a 10-minute walk.
The airport is about 31 km away.

Facilities

The hotel consists of 3 buildings with a total of 115 residential units spread over 5 floors. Guests have a reception area with seating and reception, coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel) and a restaurant.
In the outdoor areas there are 2 swimming pools (1 of which can be heated in winter), each with sun terraces, loungers and parasols. There is also a roof terrace with loungers and breathtaking sea views. On another roof terrace, there is a separate FKK area with loungers.

Equipped similarly to the double rooms, with an additional side sea view (DMS).

With otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (DSU).

Single Room (LPAB25)

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are smaller and have NO balcony (E).
