The complex is located relatively quietly on the outskirts of Playa del Inglés.
The promenade of Playa del Inglés is approx. 2 km away.
The "Yumbo" shopping center, with numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, and various shopping facilities, is about a 15-minute walk away.
A shuttle bus to the beach of Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés runs several times a day (subject to availability).
The airport is approx. 33 km away.

Facilities

This adults-only holiday complex (age 16+) offers 250 units spread across 4 floors, a reception, elevators, an internet corner, and Wi-Fi throughout the complex (free of charge), a lounge bar (open in the evenings), a mini-market, and a buffet restaurant.
In the outdoor area, there are three swimming pools (heated in winter), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

Modernly equipped, the studios feature a combined living/bedroom area with sleeping facilities for a 3rd person, kitchenette, safe (free of charge), satellite TV (free of charge), bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12).
(Preference for a balcony or terrace can only be requested as a non-binding customer wish).
