This Schauinsland-Reisen original bungalow complex is situated in a quiet and prime location on the promenade.
It is approximately 700 m to the popular sandy beach and about 600 m to the "Cita" shopping center.
Restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby.
The airport is approximately 36 km away.

The complex has 50 terraced bungalows, a reception (open during the day, staffed for some hours), and free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (solar heated in winter), a sunbathing lawn, and tables and chairs.

The comfortably furnished bungalows (renovated in 2023 and 2024) feature a separate bedroom with air conditioning (free/individually adjustable), a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a rental safe, a flat-screen satellite TV (free), a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, a terrace with table and chairs, and 2 sun loungers (B12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (B11).
