In a central, relatively quiet location, approx. 200 m to the beach promenade.
From the promenade, it's approx. 400 m via stairs to the beach.
Next door is the "La Sandia" shopping center with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Other entertainment centers like "Cita" and "Yumbo" are a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities

The well-equipped property, popular with regular guests, features 119 accommodation units spread across 7 floors, with a reception, lifts, a bar, and a restaurant.
In the garden, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a sun terrace with loungers and a pool bar, as well as a children's playground.
