Location

At the entrance to Playa del Inglés, separated from the sea and the small El Veril beach only by a side street. This beach connects via a small stretch to the large Playa del Inglés beach.
The center of Playa del Inglés can be reached via the beach promenade in about 20 minutes on foot.
The airport is approximately 28 km away.

Facilities

The 5-story building, partially renovated in 2021, with a total of 67 residential units, features a reception with a lounge area, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a restaurant with a terrace, a supermarket, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee/external provider).
The outdoor area includes a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

Studio

The friendly furnished studios feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for a child, satellite TV, a rental safe, a kitchenette with a coffee machine and toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (S12).
Also available for single use (S11) or with sea view (SM2).

Economy Studio

Equipped the same as the studios, but at a special price and located in a less desirable area (ST2).

Equipped the same as the apartments, but more spacious and with an additional double bed in the living area (AB2).
