Location

The resort is located next to the palm oasis of Maspalomas, only approx. 500 m from the beginning of the long dune beach and the promenade with restaurants, bars, and shops.
Playa del Inglés is about 3.5 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

The resort, renovated in 2020, offers 23 accommodation units spread over 3 floors.
Facilities include: reception (staffed a few times a week for a few hours during the day), small swimming pool (heated in winter), and a sunbathing lawn with loungers, as well as a FKK sun terrace.

Accommodation

1 bedroom apartment with balcony

The apartments (approx. 35 sqm) are all individually and attractively furnished with a living room, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), air conditioning (free of charge), kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, and a balcony. They are located on the 1st or 2nd floor (A12).
(Preferred location can only be requested as a non-binding customer request).
For bookings with 3 people: extra bed in the living room.

2 bedroom apartment

Equipped the same as the 1 bedroom apartment with balcony, but with 2 bedrooms (A22).

1 bedroom apartment with terrace

Equipped like the 1 bedroom apartments with balcony, but with a terrace or small garden and located on the ground floor (AT2).
Also available for single occupancy (AT1).

Meals

Room only, Bed & Breakfast, Half Board

Breakfast and dinner are served at the Banderas restaurant in the Oasis Beach Shopping Center (approx. 300 m from the resort).
Continental breakfast from 9 am and dinner with a choice of menu.

Hotel services

Cleaning every 2 days, towel change and linen change every 4 days.
