Location

Located on a hill between the villages of Ingenio and Aguimes.
The nearest town, Ingenio, which was once primarily involved in sugar cane cultivation, is approx. 2.5 km away. In Ingenio, you will find various shops, a supermarket, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and doctors.
The village of Aguimes is approx. 3.5 km away. The nearest beach at Arinaga is about 13 km away. The distance to the capital Las Palmas and to the tourist center of Playa del Ingles is approx. 30 km, and to the airport approx. 10 km.
There are ideal surrounding hiking opportunities, for example to the Guayadeque Valley, which is a well-known cave village.

Facilities

The property, over 200 years old, formerly served as accommodation for the estate's staff and is situated on approximately 20,000 m² of land with its own vegetable and fruit cultivation.
The building has been transformed into a small guesthouse.
The owner's family home is located on the same property.
