It is also an institution dedicated to developing projects for the conservation, education, and research of flora and fauna, such as projects for the Cuvier gazelle, the African elephant, and the Canarian camel. The park is open all year round and offers several restaurants, a playground for children, and a petting zoo. A shuttle service is also available (€6.50 p.p., pick-up times from each hotel, return journeys at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM). The distance varies between 6-30 km (15-30 minutes drive) depending on the hotel/location.

The hotel has 238 rooms spread over 3 floors and is equipped with a large lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, elevators, and a buffet restaurant. The well-maintained outdoor area with a tropical flair features a large pool landscape with 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter), a whirlpool (integrated into the pool), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas, a pool bar, and a lounge bar.

Same amenities as double rooms, but more spacious and with an additional sleeping option for an extra person. Family rooms are located on the ground floor with a terrace facing the busy street side (DF2).
