The exclusive Occidental Jandia Royal Level area (adults only, 18 years and over) is separately integrated into the Occidental Jandia Playa complex and features 60 double rooms and 12 suites, as well as an à la carte restaurant (in the Occidental Jandia Playa/open several times a week/reservation required on site).
Royal Level guests have access to a separate check-in/check-out, a restaurant, a bar, and a separate terrace (not adults only) with loungers, Bali beds, a pool with water loungers, and a whirlpool.
The outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds.
Guests of the Royal Level area can also use the facilities of the Occidental Jandia Playa hotel free of charge, including 2 more outdoor pools, spa and sports area, tennis court, and additional bars and restaurants.

Deluxe Double Room

The elegantly furnished rooms (approx. 30m²) have a seating area, minibar (filled on arrival, empty otherwise/refill for a fee), coffee and tea making facilities, free safe, free LCD satellite TV, telephone, ceiling fan, air conditioning (individually adjustable), free internet access, bathtub with rain shower head/WC, bath accessories, bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also available for single use (DD1).

Deluxe Suite Sea View

These rooms are approx. 60m² and equipped like the double rooms.
The rooms additionally feature a separate living area with an additional LCD TV, a bathroom with a rain shower head/WC and an additional separate hydro-massage bathtub, bathrobe and slippers, and a daily replenished minibar (included), as well as a sea view (SDM).
