The hotel is quietly located directly on the golf course, about 2.5 km from Jandia beach. Shuttle bus service to the beach is available subject to availability and guest numbers. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are in the center of Jandia. Jandia town center is approx. 2 km away. The airport is approx. 82 km away.

The complex consists of a main building and several 3-story annex buildings and has 238 units. Lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, bar, a buffet restaurant, and a themed restaurant (buffet style/reservations required). The outdoor area features two swimming pools (heated in winter/one with slides), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and a pool/snackbar.

Equipped the same as the Double Rooms Standard, but more spacious (approx. 56 sqm) and with an additional separate living area with sleeping facilities for extra guests. These rooms have a bathtub in the bathroom instead of a shower (DF2).
