The modern complex with a total of 54 accommodation units spread across 4 floors features a reception (open for limited hours during the day) and individually furnished apartments that impress with their exceptional architecture.
Most apartments are accessible via stairs, and the complex offers spectacular sea views.
As a special amenity, beach towels (with deposit), Wi-Fi included, bathrobes (subject to availability), and a selection of holiday reading materials are provided.

1-Bedroom Apartment

All apartments feature a separate bedroom, satellite TV, safe included, sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

Identical facilities to the 1-bedroom apartments, with the additional benefit of sea views from the balcony or terrace (2AM).
Also bookable for single use (1AM).

2-Bedroom Apartment

Identical facilities to the 1-bedroom apartments, but with an additional second bedroom.
The rooms offer partial or direct sea views (22M).
(Preferred view is only possible as a non-binding customer request).

Studio

The studio features a combined living/sleeping area, safe (included), kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, balcony with side sea view.
(Preferred view is only possible as a non-binding customer request).
The studios have a size of approx. 10-12 m² and are therefore only bookable for single use.
Maximum occupancy 1 adult (S11).

Cleaning and towel change 3 times per week, and bed linen change once per week.
