The hotel, decorated in Andalusian style, is located directly on the beach, nestled between pine forests and dunes, right next to the Los Corrales natural monument. The center of the charming town of Rota, with its restaurants, shops, and bars, is only about 2 km away.

Built in the style of a Spanish hacienda, the hotel offers a total of 231 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a souvenir shop (in high season), a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and a lounge. In the hotel's garden area, you will find the swimming pool (freshwater) with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with a lawn, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. From mid-June to mid-September, a chill-out bar, a beach bar, and the beach club (1 saltwater pool / €5 entrance fee per room per day, adults only) are available, weather permitting. Sunbeds on the beach are free except from June to September (approx. €6 per day).

Double Room

The double rooms have a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, heating, air conditioning, minibar, Smart TV and a rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), terrace or balcony (D). Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy (DE).
(Additionally bookable under XRYA12 as type A or C (DA/DC), with 3 adults (DR) or as economy rooms with special contingents (SSZ/SSE/SZC/SSR)).

Double Room Superior

The Superior double rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are larger, with a bathtub and massage shower in the bathroom, a separate toilet, and mostly located on the first floor with a view of the pool or patio (DSU).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with a separate living/sleeping area (mostly consisting of two rooms, sometimes one room) (JS2).
(Additionally bookable under XRYA12 as type B (J2B) or as economy Junior Suites with special contingents (JSS)).

Studio

The studios, renovated in 2019, are cozy and offer approximately 35-40 m² of space. They also feature a shower or bathtub/WC, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), rental safe, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, sofa, and a balcony with seating (S12).

Family Junior Suite

The Family Junior Suites have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but with a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with two extra beds (FJ3).

Family Room (XRYA12)

The family rooms offer approximately 50 m² of space and are located on the ground floor. They have a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with sofa beds, a minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, bath or shower/WC, telephone, hairdryer, and a terrace (DF2).
