It is approx. 150 m to the fine sandy beach of Son Xoriguer. The marina of Cala en Bosc is approx. 800 m away.

The bungalow complex consists of 32 individually furnished bungalows spread across a garden area of approx. 10,000 m² with numerous Mediterranean plants. A small reception is staffed for a few hours a day.

Bungalow (1 bedroom)

Cozy and rustically furnished bungalows. Equipped with bath/shower, toilet, kitchen, living room with dining table, fireplace, TV, separate bedroom with two single beds, as well as a partially covered terrace and partially an additional roof terrace. (Room size approx. 39 m²).
Also bookable for single occupancy for an extra charge.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it costs €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
