Location

In a quiet setting in the resort of Punta Prima in the southeast of Menorca. The fine sandy, gently sloping beach Playa de Punta Prima is only about 350 meters away and can be reached via a short walk. In the vicinity, there are numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars, which can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The port of Mahón is about 14 kilometers away, the city center about 12 kilometers. Menorca Airport is about 15 kilometers away.

The family-friendly hotel complex is spread over a well-maintained area of approx. 10,000 m². It has a total of 374 accommodation units, spread across a main building and nine ancillary buildings, each with four floors. The facilities include a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevator, and comfortable lounge areas. In the well-maintained garden area, guests can enjoy four freshwater pools, including an infinity pool and a children's pool with water slides and a splash park. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pools, and for a fee on the beach. Pool towels are provided for a deposit (change for a fee). In addition, the hotel offers a playground, an amphitheater for shows, a wellness area, a buffet restaurant with show cooking, and three bars. Parking spaces are available free of charge along the street; private, guarded parking spaces can be reserved for a fee.

The double rooms (D, approx. 20 m²) are friendly and well-maintained. They are equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony or terrace with seating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, telephone, safe (for a fee), and a minibar (empty, can be refilled for an extra charge upon request). These rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DE).

The spacious family rooms (DF2, approx. 52 m²) consist of two bedrooms with an connecting door. They have two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub/toilet and a balcony or terrace with seating. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite flat-screen TV, hairdryer, telephone, safe (for a fee), air conditioning, and a minibar (empty, can be refilled for an extra charge upon request).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
