Directly on the small sandy beach of Cala Tirant. The extensive, golden-yellow sandy beach of Platges de Fornells is about 200 m away via a wooden walkway along the coast. The center of the quaint fishing village of Fornells is about 3 km away. The airport is approx. 29 km away.

The family-friendly hotel was renovated in 2022 and has 278 rooms spread across 15 buildings with up to three floors. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, the Italian à la carte restaurant "Zia Rosetta", a snack bar, a pool bar, and a splash water park.

Bright and friendly furnished, equipped with a living room and a separate bedroom, air conditioning, bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, TV, rental safe, telephone, kitchenette with refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (room size approx. 33 m², room code 2AL).
Available at an additional cost also as Economy Apartment Type B with a balcony facing east for dreamlike sunrises (room code SAB). These room types are located in the club area of the complex.

Superior Apartment Type A

With the same amenities, these have been tastefully renovated and furnished to a higher standard, and are located in the club area of the complex (room code R2A). Also bookable at an additional cost as Superior Apartment Type B in a preferred location (room code UA2) or with side sea view (room code SAT).

Rich breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), varied buffet for lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM) with hot and cold dishes and show cooking. Dinner is also available at the Italian à la carte restaurant "Zia Rosetta" (reservations required). Snacks are available during the day from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM. Sweet snacks, cakes, and pastries are available at the snack bar from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the bars that are open. Wearing a wristband is mandatory for using the all-inclusive services.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
