Located on the inland lake Lago Esperanza. After about 300 meters you will reach the extensive beach of Alcúdia. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 100 meters from the hotel.

The VIVA chain's family hotel consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the lounge bar "Babalu", and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio". In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a pool landscape newly designed in winter 25/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (totaling approx. 2000 m²). It includes a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool. Cool drinks can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere at the pool bar "La Palapa" with a seating terrace, where the evening show program also takes place.
