Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its walking trails. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily accessible by public bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors, and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. Renovated in Winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in the apartment building. (A12). Also bookable at an extra charge with side sea view (2AS).
