Location

The Flor los Almendros Apart hotel is located approx. 50 m from Palmira, a sandy beach. It is approx. 1 km to the tourist center. The town of Port D'Andratx is approx. 10 km away (Calvia approx. 13 km, Palma De Mallorca approx. 25 km). A supermarket can be reached in approx. 100 m. The nearest bars and restaurants are also about 100 m away.

Facilities

The beach hotel consists of a main building and an annexe and has a total of 60 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, 2 lifts, air conditioning and parking (for a fee). A restaurant and a snack bar cater for your culinary needs. The two bars in the hotel look forward to welcoming you. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.

Room cleaning is done every 2 days.
The bar, restaurant, pool, and private beach access remain closed.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, is to be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
