Location

The quietly located apartment complex is situated in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular resort of Cala Ratjada. The nearest bathing cove, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, is about a 15-minute walk away. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as discotheques, bars, and restaurants, is approximately 200 m away.

Facilities

The complex consists of three adjacent buildings with a total of 123 rooms. The main building offers a reception with safety deposit boxes for rent, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, and a spacious and modern restaurant. There are no elevators in the three buildings.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

The double rooms, located in the adjacent building, are equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safety deposit box for rent (at the reception), and a balcony or terrace. Room code: D

Single Room without Balcony

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available for single occupancy and do not have a balcony (EO).

Studio

Located in the main building, the studios have a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safety deposit box, air conditioning, kitchenette, and a balcony. (S12/S13)

Destination Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
