The popular Cala Agulla beach is approx. 1.2 km away, and Son Moll beach is approx. 800 m away. The center of Cala Ratjada with its many shops, well-known bars, discos, and restaurants, as well as trendy spots like "Chocolate," is easily reachable on foot.

The popular hotel offers 119 rooms on 4 floors, a modern lobby with a reception desk available for any questions and recommendations upon arrival and at all times. Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
