Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the resort of Cala Ratjada. Various shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as well-known bars and restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity. Cala Gat, the nearest bay with a fine sandy beach, is approximately 750 m away.

Facilities

The family-run hotel consists of 2 buildings, each with 3 floors. The main building offers 41 rooms, a small lobby with reception (staffed from 7 am to 11 pm), a lounge, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The second building has 10 apartments and 8 studios. In the outdoor area of the main building, there is a pool with an adjoining sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a resort fee, is payable by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
