The modern hotel is popular with couples and families alike. It consists of three buildings and offers 205 rooms on seven floors, a lobby with reception, five elevators, a TV room, a bar, and a restaurant. The spacious pool, a furnished terrace with sun loungers and Bali beds (for a fee), and a pool/snackbar in the outdoor area promise relaxing holiday days.

Double room

The attractive rooms are equipped with a bath/toilet, air conditioning/heating, TV, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony (room size approx. 32 m², room code: D, D1K). Also available for single occupancy (DE) and as type I (DI) at current daily rates for an additional charge.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer a seating area and 2 TVs (room size approx. 40 m², room code: JS2). Also available for an additional charge with sea view (J2M).

Apartment

The spacious apartments have a living/dining area and a separate bedroom, and are equipped with a kitchenette, bath/WC, air conditioning/heating, TV, free safe, desk, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony (room size approx. 42 m², room code: A12).

Extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Gala dinner once a week. Snacks from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Coffee, cake, tea, and ice cream from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10:00 AM to midnight. An armband is mandatory to utilize All Inclusive services. Appropriate attire is requested during meals.

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (11/01 - 04/30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
