Location

The hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location, separated from the kilometer-long sandy beach only by the promenade. The center of Cala Millor, with its numerous and diverse entertainment options, shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants, is only approx. 800 m away.

The comfortable beachfront hotel offers 204 rooms spread across six floors, a lobby with reception, two elevators, a conference room, a bar, a reading room, and a games room, as well as a restaurant. In the beautiful garden area, there is a spacious swimming pool with a children's pool. The terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds (for a fee), as well as the chill-out area, invite you to relax. Enjoy a cool drink or a tasty snack at the pool/snack bar.

Double room with partial sea view

Equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a balcony with a partial sea view (room size approx. 24 m², room codes: DMS/DES).
Also available as a single/child room (D1S).
For an additional charge, also bookable with pool/partial sea view (2MP/1MP, single child PDK) and direct sea view (DM).

Economy double room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these may be in a less desirable location and do not offer a partial sea view (SSZ).

Double room sea view (PMIA41)

The rooms are equipped with bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, safe, and minibar (for a fee), TV, balcony, and sea view (DM).

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
