Directly at the entrance of El Arenal and only approx. 300 m from the extensive sandy beach. Palma is approx. 12 km and the airport approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located nearby.

The hotel offers 224 rooms on nine floors, a lobby with reception, four elevators, a restaurant, a bar, and lounges. On the rooftop terrace with views of the Bay of Palma, there is a pool with a sun terrace and loungers.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer a single bed. The single rooms do not have a balcony. (Room size approx. 12m², E)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with cold and hot dishes. Snacks are available from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm. Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10:30 am and 11:00 pm. However, due to a new decree from the Balearic government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic drinks per guest are allowed with lunch and dinner (table wine, beer, and soft drinks from the dispenser). All other alcoholic drinks - including those between meals - must be paid for separately.
Appropriate attire is requested (long trousers and no sleeveless t-shirts for gentlemen).

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
