Double Room Premium

The rooms, decorated in bright colors in Mediterranean style, are 18 square meters and will be completely renovated for Summer 2026. They offer two comfortable single beds, a desk, flat-screen TV, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, safety deposit box, Wi-Fi, kettle, and a balcony or terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and toiletries (PDZ).
Available at an additional cost also with a side or direct sea view and for single occupancy (DMS, DM, PEZ, DES, DEM).

With otherwise the same amenities as the Double Room Premium, these are more spacious, approx. 24 square meters, and have a larger terrace with a Bali bed (BDB).

With otherwise the same amenities as the Double Room Premium, these offer slightly more space, approx. 24 square meters (DF2).

Junior Suite

The renovated Junior Suites, with otherwise the same amenities as the Double Room Premium, are modern and spacious, and feature a shower room integrated into the room, fully glazed, with a view of the adults-only pool. Bookable for adults aged 18 and over only. (JS2). Available at an additional cost also with sea view (J2M).

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
