Located on a cliff plateau directly by the sea. The town beach and the center are approx. 800 m away. A supermarket is opposite the complex. Regular bus connections to Ibiza Town (approx. 16 km) are available.

The family-friendly hotel offers 225 rooms spread across 3 floors, 7 elevators, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, a heated indoor pool, and a whirlpool. The hotel welcomes its guests in an attractive lobby with a reception. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool facing the sea, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool/snack bar. Enjoy pure relaxation on the exclusive Adults Only terrace with Balinese beds (for a fee).

Double Room

These are equipped with bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-fridge, telephone, microwave, safe, flat-screen TV, and balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 29 sq. m. Rooms with sea view (DM) are also available for an additional charge.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also feature a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2). Room size approx. 30 sq. m.
Available for an additional charge with side sea view (2SS), frontal sea view (SMF), or as a Swim Up with access to a communal pool (2SU).
Also available as a Saver Suite at a reduced rate (S2Z, limited availability).

Selected Rooms

The Swim Up Suite and the Privilege Suite can also be booked with selected benefits.

Buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks are available from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Enjoy one hour of coffee, tea, pastries, and ice cream for children in the afternoon. Local beer, house wine, soft drinks, juices, and local spirits are served at the main and pool bars from 10 AM to 12 AM. Sports activities are available from 9 AM to 9 PM, along with access to the gym, indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool.

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a spa tax, is payable locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
