The stylish hotel consists of the Mediterranean-designed Joy building and the modern Life building, offering a total of 495 rooms, a 24-hour reception, 6 conference rooms, buffet restaurants "La Cascada", a food truck (for a fee), and an à la carte restaurant (dinner, for an additional charge and open depending on hotel occupancy). With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer a side sea view (DMS). Room size approx. 30m².

Embrace Solarium

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a balcony/terrace with access to the sun terrace with loungers, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as access to the "Upper Level Terrace" (ARI). Room size approx. 30m².

Elevate Upper Level

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms also feature a balcony/terrace with access to the sun terrace with loungers, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as access to the "Upper Level Terrace" (DT2). Room size approx. 30m².

Premium Experience

The spacious premium rooms are up to 48 m² and, in addition to the amenities of the double room, offer either a whirlpool with a shower or just a shower. Room assignment is based on availability. These rooms also have access to the "Upper Level Terrace" (PDZ).

Roam Solo

The single rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar (filled with refreshments upon arrival) and a balcony (E). Room size approx. 16-19m².

Due to new regulations from the municipal administration, the transfer bus is no longer allowed to drive directly to the hotel. Airport transfers therefore end or begin at the bus stop opposite the hotel/reception Life, approx. 20 m (approx. 1 minute on foot) from the hotel.

Destination Information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
