Located in the holiday area of Funchal, on the "Estrada Monumental". In about 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the Lido and the center of Funchal with restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment facilities, which is about 2 km away. There is a regular bus service.

The comfortably furnished 4-star hotel's facilities include a total of 134 rooms on 11 floors, a lobby with reception, buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant (for a fee), snack bar, TV room, and hairdresser. The well-kept garden features two freshwater pools, one of which is heated year-round, as well as a separate children's pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included by the pool area.

Suite Superior with Sea View

The Superior Suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but with a larger living area and sea view. (UM2) Also available as a Superior Suite for single occupancy. (UM1)

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM in the 'Seventy' restaurant), lunch (1 PM - 3 PM) by the pool area or at the 'First' bar, and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM in the 'Seventy' restaurant) served buffet-style. Show cooking and BBQ by the pool at lunchtime (weather permitting), snacks, sandwiches, cakes, and ice cream in the morning from 11 AM to 12 PM and in the afternoon from 4 PM to 6 PM at the pool bar or 'First' bar, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (served by the glass) such as mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, cocktails, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy, liqueurs, and Portuguese wine (white, red, and rosé) from 11 AM to 11 PM.
