Location

The Atlantida Apartments are located in the heart of Funchal, close to the City Garden. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shopping and entertainment facilities such as cafés, bars, restaurants, the city's theater, and cathedral. The harbor is just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 300 m). The distance to Madeira International Airport is approx. 20 km.

Facilities

The 4-star apartment complex has a total of 26 residential units spread across several floors. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, an elevator, and a breakfast room.

Studio

The studios (approx. 30m²) are comfortably furnished and feature a bathroom/WC with a hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, a safe for rent, and a fully equipped kitchenette (with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, crockery, kettle, 2 stovetops, and toaster), TV and Wi-Fi (included), as well as a combined living and sleeping area.

Superior Studio

The Superior Studios, with similar amenities to the Studios, are more spacious (approx. 40m²) and feature a seating area and a glass partition between the sleeping and living/dining areas. They can also be booked with a balcony for an additional charge.

The apartments are approximately 70m² and, with the same amenities as the Superior Studios, have a separate bedroom and a balcony.
