The Quinta, dating back to 1844, is family-owned and features 89 rooms offering a stylish and personal atmosphere. It has been lovingly restored and extended with a new wing a few years ago. The tasteful decor, including some antique furniture, lends the property a unique charm. The hotel is surrounded by a large garden with old trees. Facilities include a lounge with a fireplace, a lounge with an internet corner (free of charge), Wi-Fi (available in all rooms), 2 restaurants, a common area, a library, 2 bars, a fitness center, a sauna, a tennis court, and a snooker room. In the garden, there is a year-round heated swimming pool, a sunbathing lawn, and a pool bar (sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and towels are included).

Double Room with Garden View

The Double Rooms with Garden View are located in the garden wing, are approximately 27 sqm, and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, safe, minibar, and Wi-Fi (included), with a garden view or facing the garden (2GD). Also available for single occupancy (1GD).

Double Room with Garden View and Balcony

These double rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms with Garden View but feature a balcony (DBK).

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious (approx. 33 sqm), and feature a balcony with panoramic views of Funchal. The rooms are located in the main building (DSU).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are individually decorated, located in the 1844-built "old manor house," and are slightly larger than the Deluxe Double Rooms (approx. 52-57 sqm), but they do not have air conditioning or a balcony. However, they offer panoramic views of Funchal Bay or garden views (JS2).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but are located in the garden wing, are larger (approx. 50 sqm), and have garden views (DD2).
